Your herd data is saved to a local JSON file you choose — no cloud, no accounts.
The app reads and writes a herd_data.json file directly on your computer. Pick any folder — you can keep it next to the HTML file.

Set the breed-out stat (default: VIG). Animals that can't be ridden or don't produce resources → breed out INS instead. Then set pair goals and star-weight phenotypes/bloodlines.
Select an animal above to view its lineage tree.
Permanently deletes all animals, pairs, and goals. Your data file will be overwritten immediately. This cannot be undone.
Export your herd as a CSV for spreadsheet viewing or external backup. Import a CSV to restore or bulk-add animals.
Generate a shareable image of your animals — great for posting on forums or Discord. The image is copied to your clipboard automatically; a download button appears as a fallback.
